Getting Started
In order to get started with the respond.io - Zapier Integration, you will need the following:
A respond.io account (Free)
A Zapier account (Free)
Step 1: Create a Zap
Log in to your Zapier Account and click on CREATE ZAP.
Step 2: Select an app
Search for and select respond.io.
Step 3: Select a Trigger or Event
Select the triggers or events that you wish to include in your automation.

Step 4: Obtain Authentication Token
Select a connected account or click Connect a new account and paste the API key obtained at Integrations > Zapier on Yeshello.
Log in to the respond.io Workspace you wish to connect and navigate to the Settings Module. Click on the Integrations section. Click the blue Connect button next to Zapier to connect with Zapier. You will be navigated to the Zapier page with the API Key.

Step 5: Connect your Yeshello Account
At Zapier, proceed with Connect an Account and you will be prompted for a Yeshello Authentication Token. Paste the token from respond.io and you have successfully connected Zapier to respond.io.
After you have successfully authenticated, you may want to press the Test button to see if your integration is connected properly.
Step 7: Review your Zap
You can review your Zap trigger by viewing a sample of respond.io data.
You can fetch new Contact Sample Data in this last Trigger screen
Step 8: Test the Zap
Once you have finished configuring your trigger or action, test the Zap and make sure it executes as intended.
