You will have to enter a name for your file along with a short description in the first two fields, respectively.

Try to pick short and meaningful names and descriptions to make identifying files easier. This becomes increasingly useful when the number of files grows.

To attach a local file, simply drag and drop the file from your computer onto the appropriate box. Alternatively, you can also click on the box and select the file from your computer that you wish to upload.

You can also choose to upload a remote file that is hosted elsewhere. Select the Remote URL tab and enter the URL into the field.

Most file types are supported by the platform. The platform allows for the following files: JPG, JPEG, GIF, BMP, PNG, TXT, XLS, XLSX, DOC, DOCX, CSV, PPT, PPTX, MP3, MP4, MOV, WAV, MPG, MPEG, ZIP, TAR, TGZ, GZ, PDF, LOG, XML.

From here, you can change the name of the file. You also can also update the description of the file.

Updating File

The drop and drop area at the bottom is used for updating files on the YesHello Platform. Leave this field alone if you do not wish to replace current file.
